In this page you can see all your published news articles. You will have the options to Filter ( different Date Ranges | Authors | Search Term), View ( Layouts -Grid | List | Table ) and perform Actions which are listed below.

Selecting one of these action icon buttons will create pop-ups are redirect you to different page to perform these actions.
¶ Filter Stories:
By default, the news articles are listed in the order they are published recently, making edits to old articles will not make them as recently posted news unless you change the published date & time.
¶ Filter stories between two Dates:
You can filter the news based on start date and end date. Selecting the From To End Boxes pop-ups a calendar from which you can select Date Ranges.
¶ Filter stories using default Time Period:
We have a drop down menu that lets you filter stories based on default time period. This is a quick filter option that you can use for briefly searching published news articles.
The following are the default time period:
- 24 Hours
- 1 Week
- 1 Month
- 1 Year
- All - Shows all the News published till present day
¶ Search Stories:
Hocalwire CMS lets you search your published news articles in ways you can easily find what you wanted. We have three search fields that assist in searching specific parameters.
Search by Category: This lets you filter out news articles that belong to specific category. For Example, Blogs, Case Studies, Reports can be category and all news from these can be viewed using this search option.
Search by Author: Similar to the Search by Category method this lets you see all the stories written by the Author in a given time period or as a whole.
Search by Text : This is the powerful way of searching the entire stories in case if you know the News ID, Title, URL, Small Phrases etc. This will list all possible results based on your search input
¶ Different layouts to view stories:
There are multiple Layouts in which the stories can be viewed. This gives easy way to look at the title, NewsID, Author & Published Dates.
The available list of Views are
- Grid View
- List View
- Table View
As part of the Grid View we have individual cards presented with various information
¶ News Details:
On clicking the news cell in any view will redirect you to the News Details Page. You can also edit the News from this Page. The News Details page has a summary of the following parameters:
- Heading
- Description
- Time, Author & Category
- Tags & Keywords
- News URL
- Images
- Detailed Story
- Linked Buzz

Embedded Story Boards in Rectangular Format with Large Thumbnails

A list view with mid sized Thumbnail and evenly spaced Meta Data Information

This view has items classified under NewsID, Cover Image (Small), Heading, Category, Author, Time and Actions
